Community Care Services

Vision and Care provides a variety of services to connect you with your community and participate as per your choice.

Community Care Service includes:

• attending religious activities
• attending outdoor activities like games i.e. Cricket, football
• participating in sporting activities, such as bowling or swimming
• going out for an outing such as a picnic, beach, or hills with a support worker
• zoo visit

With NDIS Plans with core or capacity funding for social and community participation, we generate a variety of group events for clients.

Through community participation, you will develop life skills and be keen to participate in community activities.
